Well now here is a good way for a retailer to operate during a recession. Kmart in Michigan is offering unemployed shoppers a 20% discount on certain items. What a win-win, as a customer will feel grateful for the discount, and Kmart will be their shopping source. I would love to see more stores doing something like this. [END OF POST]
